For now, I’m interested in design, research, and strategy roles in regenerative food, public space, and alternative mobility!

…and other things about me!

I discovered industrial design after Googling “art that helps people” two semesters into college. I fell in the love with the design process - from leading interviews with customers to mocking up ideas for testing - and it’s been a joy to have gotten to do it for companies like Rivian, OXO and REI.

Systems that help planet was born out of a bout of anxiety fixed by giving up milk. It led me to research food systems which are a thread that weaves a global picture of extraction, exploitation, and yet, the hope of regeneration. Along the way, I was exposed to reciprocal ways of doing not just food, but housing, transportation, energy and more.

So now my driving question is, “How do I help retrofit and redesign the modern world’s systems so that everyone has what they need while being in a reciprocal relationship with the ecosystem around them?” I call that future “Nature x Design.”

In my free time, I test sustainable gardening techniques in my patio garden, forage to understand the land around me, snowboard across the US, write songs I’ll never play for people, and busy my hands with upcycling materials already in my community.

Thanks for stopping by!
